The door was slightly revealing the contents.
With one foot at the door and the other slightly behind, I couldn’t get myself to push in further.
I had unknowingly let the enemy gain room in my heart through his lies.
I turned back. Not wanting to ever glare at the contents.
“No not here, Satan! I didn’t order these goods named lies. I don’t want them anymore!”
The room was the enemy’s invitation to the lies. We unknowingly give room to the enemy. That room, those lies you have heard, need to leave now.
The enemy keeps your eyes glued and your mind fixed chasing the seemingly impossible.
We try to quench our soul’s hunger with shallow, chaff, non-filling worldly lusts. Those are the lies the enemy wants us to feed us on. 
The Word holds our hands through those lonely days.
The Word keeps our hearts where it needs to be.
The Word gives us the power to overcome.
The Word reveals the Truth which we need to arm of ourselves against the enemy.
When we pray the scripture over circumstances it boosts our faith. It allows us pray strategic and effective prayers.
Sometimes, it can be overwhelming running the home and stoking the fire in the war room. From one busy mama to another can I remind you, you are not alone.
Seriously, how is your war room lately?
My Aunt used to write scriptures with different colors and put them up on her wardrobe. She had a scripture list for a variety of topics. You can imagine her wardrobe was covered up with scriptures and inspirational cards or wordings.
Those came in handy every time. She would wake up to a bold reminder of the Truth of God’s Love. I always went to her room to soak in some of those inspiration.
I am sure she would be reading this in her mail *Thank you, Aunt*.
All through the course of this study, we have exposed lies, pulling them them up, rooting them out and today, I would love for you to add these verses in your prayer journal, or put them up in an open place, the whole point is to pray these verses.
Here are Powerful Scriptures to add to your War Room
Jeremiah 29:11 (Isaiah 55:8-9) You are in the thoughts of God. How beautiful it is to know you are in His thoughts and that God has plans for your life. Circumstances don’t define who we are. How God uses them for our lives is what truly matters.
Romans 8:1, (Romans 8:33-35) Whoever is in Christ is not condemned
1 Corinthians 2:16, (Romans 8:15-16) Whoever is in Christ has the mind of Christ. You have not received the Spirit of bondage but the Spirit of Adoption. You are a Child of God.
1 John 4:4, (Romans 8:36-37) You can overcome the world through Christ.
John 8:32 The Truth sets you free. For every situation seek out the Truth in God’s Word and hold firmly to it.
Nahum 1:7 God is good. No doubt that life would test us, even through the storms, God is good.
Deuteronomy 31:6 God will never leave you nor forsake you.
