Every tear shed, every gentle thought, every prayer and message you offered was seen and cherished by the Lord!

Sisters, friends, and fellow workers in God’s Kingdom from every corner of the earth, your prayers surrounded me with a strength I could truly feel.
Let me tell you, friends, God’s mercies shine brightest in our hardest moments. As I sat there, something stirred within me—the courage to keep fighting, to keep holding on, and to keep pressing forward!
Now more than ever, I realise the importance of surrounding myself with praying friends—and being that kind of friend to others.
Why do you need praying friends?
-There are life battles we can’t fight alone. There are life battles that require chasing after the thousands, or even the millions. (Ecclesiastes 4:9)
-You prevail when you pray in agreement with other faith-filled believers. When we pray with faith in the midst of battle, God hears us.
-In the last few years, I have learnt that a miracle can happen even with a little child who says a simple prayer. (Matthew 18:19)
-To find support in weakness. No matter how strong we are, there are days when we become overwhelmed by difficulties– weak days that could shake our faith. (Proverbs 27:17)
-Heads Up on Impending Danger. Yes, the Lord reveals secrets… remember the Apostle Paul’s friends who warned him of the persecutions awaiting him in Jerusalem. (Acts 21: 4, 10-12)
Loneliness can weigh heavily. One friendship that inspires me deeply is that between
Naomi and Ruth. Imagine if Ruth had abandoned Naomi in her sorrow—Naomi might
have been left wretched and alone. Yet Ruth’s choice to stand by her side in Naomi’s darkest hour became the miracle she needed!
Life’s journey becomes lighter when you have someone to walk beside you.
Sister, you and I both need praying friends in our lives.
We never know when the storm will rage, when the winds will turn fierce, or when we’ll need a safe haven.
Yes, I know you can pray alone, but look closely at the scriptures below—how many battles can you truly face on your own?
Right?
And five of you shall chase an hundred, and an
hundred of you shall put ten thousand to flight: and your enemies shall fall
before you by the sword.
Leviticus 26:8

How
could one man chase a thousand, or two put ten thousand to flight, unless their Rock had sold them, unless the Lord had given them up?

You know what eats most people? It is the cover-up, pretending the chaos we are in is fine, never standing up to our life battles.
The world pushes alternatives rather than the real solution. The world offers palliatives instead of healing. It promotes your happiness, which, by the way of digression, is only a temporary fix. We often neglect the true joy that Christ gives.
