How To Trust God In Difficulties

Life is unpredictable and difficulties are a part
of it.
Every day we are faced with heart battles.
We are pulled into making the hard choices.
The tests and trials toughen our spines.
In more dire situations, we find ourselves at
cross roads. A decision needs to be made…to stand or to cave in.
Yes sweet friend, every one of us would have our
faith tried and face the temptations that come our way.
The test of true faith deepens our desire to have
God hold our hand all the way. Though in the thickest of the darkness, our desperate
hearts wants to doubt His presence.
The steaming pain attempts brush aside everything
we have ever believed.
Yet we wonder where all our faith is gone.
Do you trust God in those hard times?

Do you still kneel in prayer in those tough days?

Does your heart grasp hold of His presence?
This is for you who struggles to trust God in that
mess. This is a note for you who is feeling forgotten, abandoned and unknown to
God.

When You Feel The Darkness

A man who gives us a perfect example of what it is
to trust God when the world seems to fall apart is Job. It is downright hard to
trust when you have lost everything you once held so dearly.
Job’s story shows us how to hang in there, root in
deeply and come out of very difficult life challenges.
A closer look at Job’s life encourages our faith
and pushes us to choose life-long trust and fierce faith.

Choose God over and over:
There will be countless advice from well-meaning but often times ‘miserable
comforters’ as Job describes and those from pretty hurtful people too.
But know this what
God says in His Word should remain your anchor. You will always find strength in
Him.
Tip: One thing that helps is writing down
scriptures of hope and hanging them where you are constantly reminded of His
promises.
 ♠ Have Fierce Faith.
I want you to choose fierce faith despite what winds and tides ensues. Like the
three Hebrew boys, even if God doesn’t come when we want and how we want it, we
are not cave in to the lies of the enemy.
A fierce faith firmly speaks “Lord I surrender to
Your Will, even if thing don’t swing my way”.
Surrender that burden to Him and lay it at His
feet.

Say The Hard Words.
Sometimes we think God should know our
pain and of course He does.
But we need to learn to share our deepest thoughts, feelings, joys, and laughter
with Him. Whether through the fiery fire or through the bed of roses our relationship with God should not be stiffled.
We let Him into our lives through our prayers.
Wouldn’t you like to pray that prayer now?

Confess your faults one to another, and pray one
for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
James 5:16

Stop Trying To Figure Things Out.
Somehow we think we have life, God and our circumstances
totally figured out but we are so wrong. Proverbs 3:3-5
Let
not mercy and truth forsake thee: bind them about thy neck; write them upon the
table of thine heart:
 So
shalt thou find favour and good understanding in the sight of God and man.
Trust in
the Lord with all thine heart;
and lean not unto thine own understanding.
Proverbs 3:3-5
Don’t lean on your understanding or what you think
you know or how you think things should turn out. Point is sometimes God takes
us through unfamiliar paths and we need Him to take us along the way.
♠ Keep Confessing God’s Word While You Wait. Job was good at it. Every time his friends tried to get into his head he knew his verses well. Keep confronting the enemy with the truth. The Word of God is our sword in life battles.

For I know that my redeemer liveth, and that he shall stand at
the latter day upon the earth: Job 19:25
Prayer:

Dear Lord, please hold my hand, hold my heart too
and take me through this. I believe in you and I know you understand these
paths and you know the way. I trust you with all of my life.
