3 Things That Matter When You Go Through Failures

Failure is a passage way not your destination.

Perhaps you are going through a couple of hiccups, rejections, or disappointments,  I want you to know something, you are not alone.
What you do or how you process this situation in your life matters. It reflects how you choose to handle it.
In today’s vlog, I share three things that matter
when you go through failures… Everyone struggles with at least one aspect of
life that isn’t fun or working right.
Putting these life issues and branding

yourself as a failure is Not Ok!
In the book, Overcome Failure: Get Back On Your Feet, I emphasize that failure is a
mentality and it is what we call it.
What are the three truths that should be in
 your
heart as you go through life struggles?

  • You are speaking truth!!! AMEN!! Are we seeing God in our situation, and do we want to, or do we want to stay where we are because we are comfortable in our pain? This was SOOOO amazing. I needed this.

  • Thanks for the reminder that the only way to combat fear is with the truth! Thanks for sharing this at Booknificent Thursday on Mommynificent.com!

  • The enemy USES lies to create fear. That's why we need to learn from the example of Jesus and first, know the truth, and then use it to counter that which doesn't match the truth. And… do that regardless of how we FEEL about the situation. Once emotions get stirred up, it's really hard to make truth-based decisions. Thanks for your post!

  • Thank you for sharing these words of hope and encouragement! Your neighbor this week from Suzie Eller's link-up.

  • Life is all about choices and in your blog you frame the three steps as questions because we need to reflect how we are going to overcome struggles without someone telling us the answer. Your specific answers might not be the ones that are best for us but when we reflect on your questions we can ask God to help us through the process of overcoming struggles in our own life. Thank you for your insight.

  • We all for sure have a choice, don't we! Standing strong and making the difficult choices matter! Thanks, Ifeoma, for sharing hope with us at #MomentsofHope!
    Blessings and smiles,
    Lori

  • I like your thought: "What you do or how you process this situation in your life matters. It reflects how you choose to handle it." Yes, what now??? Get up on your feet and keep going forward. Thanks for sharing with us here at Tell me a Story.

  • I also love the verse "Some trust in chariots, some in horses, but I trust in the name of the Lord!" Love it. Blessings, Amy

  • Fear and lies go hand in hand, don't they …

  • The word that stood out to me today, Ifeoma, is "struggles." Truly many things happen to us that are beyond our control, but I remember something Elisabeth Elliot has said and written in the past: Many of our struggles are a result of "delayed obedience." I think of that when I feel caught in my circumstances. Am I delaying in my obedience to some word that I have received?
