15 Powerful Declarations for the New Year *free Download*

The joyous Christmas celebration was indeed
delightful. I couldn’t have imagined how pleasant it was spending the Grace Table with the church family. I was blessed cooking, serving and sharing the moments
of the holiday with my family, friends and church. Thank God for His Great Grace. I hope yours was pleasant too?

What do you say about 2016?
Are you seeing anything already for the New Year?
These last few days is the set time to prepare
for the upcoming year if you have not already.I employ you to make an unusual start through your
planning and preparation

Are you spiritually ready for 2016?
To be spiritually prepared for the new beginning,
you have to see and declare what it is…
Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto
thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways. When men are cast down, then thou shalt say, There is lifting up; and he shall save the humble person.
Job 22:28-29
It is good to write plans down but
wisdom to seek a Divine Backing.
Here is what I have started to do friend—-> I have
begun to declare and confess life into my New Year.(Romans 4:17)
Speaking God’s Word for your life is the most powerful way to create the 2016 you want.

I need not remind you that there is tremendous power
in the words we speak needless to say, there is propelling power in what you
say about your life in the upcoming year.

Not mumbling empty or vain words!
Making An Unusual Entry Begins With
An Unusual Preparation
Previously on the blog, I have written about how to detox your mind of negative thoughts >>HERE<<. Your thoughts influence the way you speak and what you speak.
Instead of speaking your situation speak

expectation for the New Year.

Don’t wait friend, start now to win your battles. Will there be disasters and unfortunate
occurrences? Sad but true, there will always be bad news but the report you choose to
believe is what matters in your New Year.
I choose God’s report over my life, family and
everything that concerns me.
Friend, what do you choose?
I want you to remain rooted and unmoved
by what you hear or see in the upcoming year.

The only thing that should move you in 2016 and
beyond is what God says. And that’s final.

my personal list of favorite declarations.

  1. Wow this is just what I needed to hear today. Thank you. 2015 was an incredibly difficult year for me and I have been reflecting on things lately as well as looking ahead to 2016. So far my focus for 2016 has been "hope" but I love love love what you shared about being purposeful in speaking the truth over the new year. I downloaded the declarations you shared. I have been learning so much about how our thoughts dictate so much about us…..and I have been learning how to speak truth to myself. So thank you so much for sharing this!

  2. Good prompting. I can't say I have made any declarations for 2016 but that is certainly something I will seek the Lord's guidance on. After all, as you said, there is power in our words.

  3. Very good reminder that our words do have power. Our words can influence every aspect of our lives. I am definitely going to remember this as I sit down and make my goals for the new year. Thanks for sharing.

  4. Ifeoma, there is such powerful truth here. I began speaking God's word over my life a couple of years ago and what it impact it's had. Thanks for the reminder that our own words can often be vain and empty, but we can never go wrong by proclaiming HIS truth.

  5. Thank you Ifeoma for your awesome declarations. I copied them and ran off copies to hand out at church this coming Sunday. Thank you for sharing with us here at Tell me a Story.

  6. I can't read things very well, but sure loved to see you. AND I thought I'd be in Heaven in 2015, but making it to 2016, I think, and always focusing on what's going on in our world and the hearts of so many to turn strongly to the Lord. Thanks much, and sorry if I misunderstood something. Blessings…

  7. Speaking God's truth over the upcoming year … I love it! I am thinking how tomorrow night, as a family, we can spend some time pouring through some scripture and each of us picking at least one to read aloud claiming over our lives for the year to come! I am always blessed when I visit here, Ifeoma! Thank you and Happy New Year!
