When God Remembers you…..

I know what it is like when you feel God has forgotten
all about you.  I also know what it
tastes like to be remembered or visited by God.

When God remembers you,
everything about you changes.

In a moment you forget all your past mistakes,
pitfalls, regrets and everything that makes you down.

When God decided it was time for Job to be
restored, everything he had lost in the time past was restored in seven fold.
Job 42:10-11 And the LORD turned the
captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends: also the LORD gave Job twice
as much as he had before.  Then came
there unto him all his brethren, and all his sisters, and all they that had
been of his acquaintance before, and did eat bread with him in his house: and
they bemoaned him, and comforted him over all the evil that the LORD had
brought upon him: every man also gave him a piece of money, and everyone an
earring of gold
.
All those
who had abandoned him in his time of trials were soon joined back to him. They had
no choice than to associate with him. Why? It was his time for Divine Remembrance.
God is the unchanging God that changes all situations.

When
God remembered Mordecai the bible says the king
could
not sleep because someone had to be remembered.

 Esther 6:1 On that
night could not the king sleep, and he commanded to bring the book of records
of the chronicles; and they were read before the king.
When it was
his time of divine remembrance, his arch enemy recommended the best honor to
give a man the king had remembered. Unknown to him, it was for Mordecai, his enemy.

When God remembers you, no Haman can stop you.

Esther 6:6-9  So Haman came in. And the king said unto him,
What shall be done unto the man whom the king delighteth to honour? Now Haman
thought in his heart, To whom would the king delight to do honour more than to
myself?   And Haman answered the king,
For the man whom the king delighteth to honour, Let the royal apparel be
brought which the king useth to
wear, and the horse that the king rideth upon, and the crown royal which is set
upon his head:  And let this apparel and
horse be delivered to the hand of one of the king’s most noble princes, that
they may array the man withal
whom the king delighteth to honour, and bring him on horseback through the
street of the city, and proclaim before him, Thus shall it be done to the man
whom the king delighteth to honour.
When God
remembers you, all those who despise you will have no choice than to submit to
you. You become an unstoppable fast moving train that will crush every obstacle
in its way.

Hannah was
barren for a long time and her rival mocked her continuously. She was so
distressed that the priest thought her a drunk.

1Samuel 1:6-7
And her adversary also provoked her sore, for to make her fret, because the
LORD had shut up her womb.  And as he did so year by year, when she
went up to the house of the LORD, so she provoked her; therefore she wept, and
did not eat.
When God
remembered her, he blessed her with one of the great prophets in Israel. God embarrassed
her with five more children, for a woman who had been called barren.

1Samuel 2:21 And the LORD visited
Hannah, so that she conceived, and bare three sons and two daughters. And the
child Samuel grew before the LORD.

Can you imagine the shock, disappointment and
embarrassment Peninnah had faced? When God remembers you your enemies will be too
shocked to face you. God gives what refer to as the-earthquake-miracle.

If God could remember the widow of one of the sons of the prophets
whose sons were about to go into slavery because they were in debts, he too
will remember you. Am sure the widow had given up on everyone and maybe everything
she had believed in.

2Kings 4:1  Now there cried a
certain woman of the wives of the sons of the prophets unto Elisha, saying, Thy
servant my husband is dead; and thou knowest that thy servant did fear the
LORD: and the creditor is come to take unto him my two sons to be bondmen.
She must have prepared herself. Not only was she a widow but
also will soon be bereaved of her sons. Just when she was about to throw in the
towel, God showed up and does the unexpected. God not only paid up her debts
but also gave them sustenance.  Oh, we
serve a God who is alive and not dead.

I had a nice time yesterday. A good friend of mine came over
with her family to spend their evening with us. She is a woman of faith. For
three years she had waited for God to bless her with her own children. I watched
her go through moment of trails and desperation. Last year we took it serious
to engage in prayers while she did her routine medicals. God being too faithful to fail
blessed recently with a set of triplets, all boys.

A boy for every year she had
waited. I love the Lord! It is an awesome privilege to serve the Lord. When he remembers
you he embarrasses you with blessings that you know can only come from God.

There are many more awesome testimonies of Gods kindness. I
pray he shows you that kindness today in Jesus Name. Amen.

Thanks for Reading and God Bless

  1. Amen and amen. I pray He shows me such kindness as He showed your friend. Am believing God for same kind of Mircale. Am believing in the creative hands of God to bring His promises to pass in my life. Your friends testimony just lifed my Spirit and reaffirmed me of God's faithfulness. I pray for families in this position. May they find peace and have their own Laughter like Sarah. Amen

    • I agree with you in faith. God will remember you too just because of His grace upon your life and your family.
And for as any others that read, the many faces I don't know that God alone knows, just because they believe in Him, they will be visited in Jesus name. Amen
